  • Strong collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

DAILY GOALS & TASKS

  • Designing and certifying complex setups for NC machinery.
  • Mentoring staff in intricate machine operations.
  • Solve technical snags in manufacturing processes.
  • Implementing and leading process upgrades.
  • Contribute to part and revision modelling.
  • Support Manufacturing Engineers in holistic project leadership.
  • Provide guidance to peers to meet standard and beyond outcomes.
  • Inventory management for the tool crib.
  • Assist in schematic designs to enhance equipment layout for operational efficiency.
  • Absolute tidiness and organization in the work area.
  • Deliver excellence in every work output.
  • Show flexibility and assist across departments where necessary.

Meet the physical demands of the role:

  • Continual lifting of weights between 20-50 lbs.
  • Engagement in prolonged physical activities including standing and twisting.
  • Extensive walking over varied terrain each shift.
  • Strong eyesight, with corrective eyewear supported.
