Process Technician – Job Description This role focuses on hands-on training to build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed and grow as a Process Technician in semiconductor manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: •Learn and perform tasks in the assigned wafer fabrication area. •Set up and operate semiconductor processing equipment. •Conduct technical tests and experiments to support R&D engineering. •Monitor production lines, audit processes, and guide line operators. •Run test wafers and record results using charts and graphs to help engineering teams identify yield issues or evaluate new products. •Provide technical support to process development and engineering teams. •Work directly with fab equipment and process flows.
