Description

Monitor tool performance and execute scheduled PMs according to documented procedures. Troubleshoot and repair equipment using mechanical and electronic diagnostic skills. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and relocations. Create and revise equipment procedures, checklists, and documentation. Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment issues. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve tool reliability and uptime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status. Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with hazard precautions and energy isolation protocols. Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment handling and safety practices. Work a 12-hour shift and adapt to rotating schedules as needed.
