1. Technical Development 1.1 Building up technical capability · Assist Line Manager to identify technical training needs from staff and departments. · Carry out training follow authorized programs. · Research and Development new services, products. 1.2 Business growth supports · To support services and sales teams for Key Account and Large customers to ensure that it conforms to the work specifications and RI standards without compromising quality or safety. 1.3 Service quality assurance · Assist Line Manager in building up, improving SOPs of services activities. Periodical review of employed servicing materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness. · Deploy new service tools and products in order to enhance the service quality, optimize and diversify service solutions. 1.4 Vietnam Authorized Product List (APL) · To assist Line Manager in updating Vietnamese APL, coordinate requests on additions and removals from the list. Coordinate with Rentokil procurement department to evaluate chemical suppliers. · To audit and ensure compliance of product usage in all Pest Control branches. 2. Training · Plan and conduct regular technical training of all service staff. · Standardize training and promote a comprehensive training plan. · To assist in the planning and coordination of technical training within Asia Region, as and when the needs arise. 3. Other Duties · To constantly improve his/ her knowledge of pest management by private study and attendance at courses, and by the study of technical literature provided by the Company, and through practical experience in the field. · To support the Sales Teams in special surveys & sales presentations where required. · To liaise with the relevant Government Institutions on regulatory affairs. To engage in Regional/ Global Rentokil Initial technical community in mutual problem solving, communication and support. Graduating from University with Environment, Chemical, Applied Science, Entomology, and Agriculture or any major related to technical Familiarity with the technical operations of Pest Control for a period of not less than 2 years before assuming this role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Honest and ethical team player Strong computer skills Initiative and enthusiasm Good planning and organizational skills Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and motivate others Have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills An aptitude for field work Strong leadership skills, with planning, organizing and problem-solving ability. 13th month salary, monthly Incentives/Bonus + Allowance (petrol, phone package...)
