Thai Union Group PCL Position: Technical Specialist Level: Section Manager Work location: Samut Sakhon (ไทยยูเนี่ยน ฟีดมิลล์ สำนักงานใหญ่ จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร) Responsibility: - End-user support for desktops, laptops, and other devices. - Support printer and network-related issues. - Support audit activity for both internal audit and external audit. - Basic level support for VM, server, network and other site-specific IT devices. - Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware-related problems. - Handle service requests and incidents. - Escalate issues to the next level and coordinate resolution with other team members. - Project coordinate working (installation, networks/cabling, machine staging, etc.). - Support A/V equipment in the meeting room - Maintain a record of IT inventory - Monitor and update the ticketing system and reporting as needed.
