The Technical Specification Manager ensures the business remains a market leader by delivering accurate, tailored, and forward-thinking solutions that meet the evolving needs of both internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects, specifiers, and digital platform partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Architectural design and Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in technical specification writing within the construction or architectural sector.
• Strong proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit) and proficiency in digital specification platforms if preferable.
• Base knowledge of UK construction regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
