Description Will be providing hands-on technical support to end users including system maintenance and resolving technical issues related to computers and IT infrastructure. Begin transfer of services and responsibilities to ANC, minimizing disruption to City operations (maintain a temporary overlap of essential services during critical transition phases to ensure continuity). Establish a secured VPN connection to the City’s network for remote access and troubleshooting. Deploy CRM, ticketing, workflows and ServiceNow integration. Support Tier 1–3 incidents, requests, and escalations. Warranty management via monitoring expirations, and initiating claims. Procurement management Secure decommissioning, e-waste recycling and resale revenue returned to the City.
