As a critical member of our team, you’ll serve as the technical value champion throughout the customer lifecycle by leveraging platform expertise to showcase capabilities, analyze outcomes, and ensure customers achieve measurable business impact from their investment in the Alembic platform.
This role is crucial in powering the success of our company by bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business value, working across both the sales and customer success functions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive technical proof points during sales process that increase win rates
  • Develop and execute sophisticated analyses that demonstrate clear ROI for customers
  • Create reusable technical methodologies that scale value demonstration across accounts
  • Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations that articulate Alembic’s unique value proposition
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities
  • Increase customer retention and expansion through data-driven insights
  • Build trusted technical advisor relationships spanning prospect to mature customer stages
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide voice-of-customer input based on technical needs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices for customer success use cases
