JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• To assist the Senior Technical Manager to manage the technical operations of a fleet of tankers.
• Overseeing the daily operations of maintenance and repair, budgeting survey schedules and docking.
• Update record of class status and liaise closely with Classification Societies / Suppliers / Contractors on day to day operations.
• Ensure compliance to the statutory requirements of ISM/ISPS/MLC.
• Monitor, coordinate and attend to vessel for oil major inspections, statutory surveys, related matters and follow-up.
• Incident / Accident Investigation and Reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess sea-going work experience as Marine Engineer
• Possess MOT Engineer Certification either class 1 or class 2 will be an added advantage.
• Has good organizational skills with hands-on approach in technical trouble shooting and problem solving.
• Independent and resourceful. Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
• Ability to travel within short notice as required.
