Requirement
1. Tanker seagoing experience as a Chief Engineer, Second Engineer or third Engineer (at least COC Class 1 to 3), or at least 2 years of experience as technical superintendent for oil tankers and bunker tankers.
2. Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
3. Excellent leadership, teamwork, management and communication skills.
4. Able to speak and write effectively in English
