Responsibilities
Regular contact with external customers to address their needs and concerns as required.
Ongoing consultation with Internal stakeholders to help meet the needs of the business.
Constant monitoring of mix performance and resource utilisation at the concrete plants and quarry operations in the region
Providing timely and accurate technical advice to Account Managers, Production Managers & Customers on product compliance, procedures & concrete practices
Ensuring tender & contract technical reviews are in accordance with QMS procedures and levels of authority.
Working with laboratories to ensure QC testing meets ITPs, AS1379 and budget targets.
Ongoing review of aggregate and raw material performance including cement to track and adjust for any potential performance changes.
Responsibility for concrete and quarry trial work to meet contractual needs of the business
