SUMMARY/OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial juicer machines used in restaurants, bars, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in industrial equipment preferred.
• Proven experience with industrial juicer machines or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs).
• Capability to stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods.

• Install, set up, and calibrate industrial juicer machines at various locations, including restaurants, bars, and hotels.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair issues with juicer machines, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
