Position: Technical Support Administrator & PA Location: Bangkok, Thailand Work Model: On-site Employment Type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available) Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment Role Overview We're seeking a proactive, detail-focused Technical Support Administrator & PA to deliver hands-on tech support and reliable admin assistance. The role emphasizes maintaining internal systems, platforms, and processes, plus coordinating daily operations. It's perfect for a tech-savvy, organized professional skilled in systems, data, and documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Offer first-line support for internal systems, tools, and digital platforms. Diagnose technical problems and escalate to external IT vendors when needed. Handle user account setup, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding. Update CRM systems and databases for data integrity. Produce reports, track data, and monitor systems. Aid in rolling out new tools, systems, and process enhancements. Develop and update system docs, user guides, and workflows. Organize digital files and information management. Arrange meetings, calendars, and schedules. Create reports, presentations, and internal docs. Facilitate internal comms and workflow coordination. Keep admin records tidy. Provide daily admin support to leaders and operations. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent Thai and English (C1 level), excelling in written and spoken forms. Bachelor's degree in any field. Background or experience in IT or finance. Prior role in technical support, systems admin, or operations. Solid tech skills and ease with digital platforms. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel a plus). Top-notch organization and attention to detail. Logical troubleshooting mindset. Strong communication in writing and speech.
