Strategy: planning and delivery on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional coordination. Stakeholder Engagement and Communicate Performance & Impact Measurement: Define and track OKRs and KPIs to evaluate success, using dashboards and analytics to inform decisions. Operational Excellence: Identify and resolve blockers, streamline processes, and apply best practices to improve efficiency. Risk & Change Management: Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead change management to ensure smooth adoption and sustained impact. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership OR 2+ years system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting or technical troubleshooting experience OR equivalent experience. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution Analytical skills with experience using OKRs, KPIs, and dashboards to measure impact Familiarity with tools such as ADO, MS Project/Planner, Power BI, or Pathfinder Demonstrated success in change management and driving adoption of strategic initiatives Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities Technical Support Advisory IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $68,300 - $137,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $93,200 - $151,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
