ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll join Deliveroo’s Sales Operations team, working closely with colleagues to plan and coordinate device installations for our partners. While strategy and scheduling are done as a team, day-to-day execution is independent, giving you the freedom to own your routes and deliver results efficiently. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be part of a high-performing group focused on operational excellence and new partner success.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Technical Support Agent to join our Singapore team. You’ll be out in the field every day, ensuring our restaurant partners have their Deliveroo devices installed and ready for action. From setting up tablets to logging first-time merchant logins, you’ll play a key role in making sure our partners can start delivering without a hitch.
This is an entry-level, trainable role — all you need is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to get around Singapore on your own motorbike.
