As a Business Data Technician you will provide support for small/mid-sized businesses and enterprise customers in the target language, using their native knowledge of such language. In addition, the role consists of researching, analyzing and validating information using web-based maps and news articles/social media/official websites. This role is fully remote.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong web-research skills, including the use of web-based maps
  • Confident in placing outbound calls
  • Adept at working with large data sets with an ability to identify patterns
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong Analytical and Decision-Making Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in small and large cross functional teams
  • Communicating with customers and providing support
Responsibilities
  • Review, validate and process tasks in internal tools in native language and in English
  • Provide support to users of Maps-related portals and of Maps app
  • Trouble-shoot and if required, escalate issuesDeal with business queries, in accordance with company policies
  • Evaluate data quality through web-based research and phone calls
  • Apply critical thinking to identify trends
  • Identify root cause(s) of trending issues
