Responsibilities

  • Assist users with VPN connectivity and ensure secure access to company resources.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests using Jira to track issues and resolutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex problems as needed while ensuring timely follow-up with users.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Educate users on best practices for utilizing technology effectively within the organization.
