Reportant au manager TI, la personne retenue sera responsable de l’administration et du soutien quotidiens des technologies de bureau et mobiles, des logiciels et de l’infrastructure à TFS.
Ce rôle de soutien technique implique une interaction en personne et à distance avec toutes les parties prenantes de TFS, y compris : invités, enseignant(e)s, directions, parents, membres du personnel et élèves. L’équipe de soutien technique de TFS utilise un système de tickets pour gérer les demandes de soutien et documenter la résolution des problèmes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st level technical support to a diverse group of users in a mixed hardware/software environment ( Mac / iOS / ChromeOS / Windows)
  • Maintain all hardware, software and manage TFS technology inventory.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, track and document hardware and software issues.
  • In class technology assistance with staff and students.
  • Provide Audio/Video set-up & live technical assistance for branch administrators, guests, staff
  • Provide basic technical and software training to staff and students as required
  • Other related duties with this framework may be occasionally required.
