Responsibilities
  • Serves as a principle point of contact to answer the technical support lines and email inquiries.
  • Initiates resolution of problems from external users related to issues with online courses, websites, and databases.
  • Escalates issues to the correct FCIM staff, as needed.
  • Completes reports and other special projects, as assigned.
  • Test developed code and identify functionality issues and corrections that are required (i.e. broken links, accessibility issues) in online courses and databases developed by FCIM.
