We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst who would like a growth path to systems administrator.
Are you a skilled Technical Support Analyst ready to take the next step toward becoming a Systems Administrator?
This role offers the opportunity to go beyond day-to-day troubleshooting and gain valuable experience with enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, and IT operations. You’ll provide advanced support to end users while also working alongside system engineers and administrators on projects that strengthen and grow our technology environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide Level 2–3 Help Desk and deskside support for hardware, software, networking, and related systems. Take ownership of complex issues and see them through to resolution, collaborating with senior technical staff when needed.
Assist with planning, designing, installing, and upgrading computer systems. Gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, network, security, and database projects under the guidance of senior team members.
Help maintain and expand our Help Desk knowledge base. Contribute to procedure updates and ensure best practices are captured for team-wide use.
Participate in software and hardware audits to ensure licensing compliance and produce audit reports. Maintain inventory and ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
Train and guide staff on the use of computer applications, systems, and devices. Build strong relationships by delivering clear, professional support with excellent customer service.
Participate in monitoring, incident response, and on-call rotations. Assist with enterprise operations and maintenance activities, including after-hours system tests and continuity of operations support.
Work closely with IT colleagues, vendors, and business users to ensure technology solutions meet organizational needs. Join meetings, committees, and trainings to broaden your knowledge and expand your skill set.
