SourceKnowledge, part of the mrge Group, is seeking a Technical Support Analyst. You will provide timely and comprehensive support, guidance and solutions to the internal ad operations team. This role requires a deep understanding of the infrastructure and capacity to provide and explain solutions to non-technical users.

Responsibilities
  • Your main responsibility is to provide technical support to the ad operations and the support teams
  • You will support our internal ad operations team with specific technical skills listed below (including writing scripts, working with databases, REST APIs etc.)
  • You will identify on-going improvements to existing business systems
  • You will develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting procedures.
