Hands-on Experience:  Engage in practical, hands-on projects and assignments to apply theoretical knowledge gained during the training period. Collaboration:  Work collaboratively with teams and departments to understand the interdependencies and dynamics within the organization. Problem Solving:  Assist in identifying and solving challenges, contributing to innovative solutions and improvements. Continuous Improvement:  Actively seek feedback, reflect on performance, and strive for continuous improvement in skills and knowledge.
