You will be responsible for; Interact with internal & external customers by providing technical assistance Participate and support National campaigns through provision of appropriate information and technical assistance to customers, dealers and branches Administer reporting systems for Top 10 & Field Failure Provide support to State Dealer Network Ensure local modification to delivered products are approved & conform to standards set by Local, National Authorities Keep abreast of developments in production, technical and engineering innovations within the truck & bus industry and recommend changes where necessary Recommend training programs to assist development of Branch employees, dealers and customers Train, coach and guide Technicians in effective use of literature and systems to ensure effective diagnosis of technical issues and workshop best practice Work with the National Training Department to effectively deliver training and competency based assessments   Who you are To be successful as a National Technical Product Support Representative within our organisation, we believe that you will most likely have formal qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical, coupled with experience in heavy vehicle industry. You will have experience in repairing and maintain European heavy vehicles.
