Responsibilities

The role involves continuously providing technical support and training on platform utilization through multiple channels like ticketing systems, live chat, and screen sharing tools, while also reproducing technical issues and delving into Datadog's 1000+ integrations. Responsibilities also include obtaining demo certifications, leading product demonstrations for customers, and participating in product discussions with internal teams based on customer feedback.
