Tasks: Providing user support for technical issues (remotely); Monitoring systems and responding to requests; Basic database administration; Cooperating with the technical team and escalating more complex incidents. Qualifications Basic knowledge of databases; Nice to have: basic knowledge of Linux; Communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently; Very good knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2) Good organization of work during night shifts.
