THE OPPORTUNITY: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - LONDON

We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the role of Technical Support Engineer based in our vibrant London Office. As Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure across the global business ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH option. Mondays and Fridays the whole UK team are in the offices to start and wrap up the week as a team.
Core Hours: 8:30-5pm Mon-Fri with flexibility for collaboration with our global team.
Salary Range: £34,000-£38,000 based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main technical support contact in the UK, while also providing support to global teams.
  • Manage and support Microsoft platforms including Teams Calling, Defender, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra, ensuring smooth setup, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Configure, setup and maintain end user devices (Windows and Apple) via Intune.
  • Manage IT hardware and software assets.
  • Keep internal Knowledge Bases up to date and easy to use.
