Description We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer to ensure our customers' technical queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. In this role, your duties will include assisting customers with application installations, resolving queries via desktop support solutions, and escalating serious issues to the software development team. Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers Assist with application installations and troubleshooting Resolve customer queries through desktop support tools Escalate critical issues to the software development team for resolution Maintain high customer satisfaction levels What You Will Do None Requirements Who you are: At least 2 years of experience as a support engineer or in a similar role In-depth knowledge of MS SQL and Excel; Python knowledge is an advantage B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science is a plus High proficiency in English (spoken and written) – required Ability to work independently and in a self-learning environment Strong analytical and technical skills with a "can-do" attitude Willingness to work weekends and shifts Retail experience is a plus Familiarity with supply chain systems is a significant advantage Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus Additional Information Onebeat is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
