This role will focus on: To provide technical support to WMFTS China sales team, include but not limit in customer visiting, products & applications training, seminar, exhibition, technical solution and reports, technical documentation translation, etc. Responsible for on-site equipment installation guidance, equipment operation and maintenance training, fault inspection a And fault cause analysis, diagnosis report and improvement suggestions, maintenance guidance and implementation, and application for under warranty spare parts from suppliers; Record the implementation of service and summarize it, and report to Engineer Services Manager Responsible for the arrangement and management of customer trial service; Technical communication and proposal with suppliers to get information and support. CRM and ERP system information maintenance To perform any additional duties or specific tasks that may become necessary due to operational requirements and as instructed by management.
