TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

• Generate incident analysis reports, equipment records, and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain accurate hardware/software databases and compliance trackers.
• Deliver product training to clients and internal teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Possess basic knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM tools, HVAC, BMS, CRAC, or building systems technical support is an advantage
• Training Provided for those lesser experience
