Currently we are helping our client, a company based in Bali looking for a Technical Support Engineer and will be managed directly under IBMC Responsibilities This job opening is for remote work and requires working hours according to Pacific Standard Time (PST)/Time zone in Los Angeles, CA, USA (GMT-8) Response to technical inquiries, issues, and requests Resolve technical problems and questions related to our products and services Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions Deepen your knowledge of our products and services to better serve consumers Give our internal team of engineers ongoing input to help develop our products based on the customer's demand Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT/technical customer support Knowledge of Amazon Web Service, Web Development, Programming Logic, and Computer Networks Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, and in a timely manner.
