We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Technical Support team in our Galway office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The engineer will be part of a technical support team, providing technical support and training on all Joule products and systems to customers and internal staff. More specifically the Engineer will be responsible for:

• Installation, maintenance and fault finding support on their range of Heat Pumps, heating, hot water and ventilation products and systems.
• Provide technical support to clients and customers and staff.
• Work as part of a team to solve problems and provide solutions for the client.
• Create technical content related to Joule Products.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Plumbing/Electrical/Refrigeration experience.
• Excellent Communications skills.
• Strong customer focus and telephone manner
• Be able to work well as part of a team whilst also having the ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong IT and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
