REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong proficiency in working with Ubuntu/Linux environments and Docker containers.
  • Solid understanding of file systems and access rights models, including Access Control Lists (ACLs)
  • Experience configuring and operating network-based file systems such as NFSv3, NFSv4, and Samba
  • Proficient in network configuration and debugging, including routing, interface bonding, and connectivity issues
  • Basic knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and independent problem-solving abilities, with a strong customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our enterprise on-premise, cloud, and SaaS products, assisting customers with installations, configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with Linux-based systems and Docker container environments to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Support end-users across macOS and Windows environments.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering & product teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges.
  • Perform basic functionality tests for new server and client releases to help verify stability and identify obvious issues before release.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and timely support.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with our evolving product features, technologies, and customer needs.
