Position Overview AHOY is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer specializing in Odoo and Python to join our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients using our Odoo solutions. Your expertise in Python programming will aid in diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and enhancing the functionality of our applications. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert-level technical support for Odoo applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner. Assist clients with configuration, customization, and implementation of Odoo modules and features. Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions, leveraging your Python programming skills when necessary. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. Collaborate with development teams to communicate client feedback and suggest enhancements. Document support cases, solutions, and FAQs to build a robust knowledge base. Conduct user training sessions and create instructional content for end users. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in technical support, specifically with Odoo ERP solutions. Proficient in Python programming and familiar with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach. Experience with databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) is an advantage.
