Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Familiarity with Jira / Service management tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Investigate and diagnose technical issues, determine root causes, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex technical issues and provide feedback on product improvement.
  • Document technical solutions and update knowledge base articles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for clients.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Officebooking software and hardware products.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team.
