Role:
We’re seeking a Service Desk Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities include remote client support, hardware/software solutions, routine maintenance (server checks, backups), PC/laptop setup, and delivering outstanding customer service.Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced IT support role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2012+, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, MDM), networking, and wireless tech
  • Familiarity with hosted telecoms solutions
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
