Description

Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers and business partners
Assist the sales team in designing system solutions and preparing technical proposals
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues
Provide remote technical support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote desktop tools
Perform on-site technical support and commissioning when required
Work closely with the China headquarters and product teams to resolve technical issues
Test new products and provide feedback on product performance
Prepare technical reports, installation documentation, and user guides
