The Product Support team As the Product Support Engineering Team Leader you will be reporting to the Rochester Service Centre Production Leader. You will lead a team of Product Support Engineers and be responsible for their day to day activities in supporting the resolution of technical issues within the Service Centre, and enhancing the capability of the Service Centre from a technical position.
