Job Description Role Overview / Responsibilities Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex onsite issues related to clinical diagnostic equipment and software that cannot be resolved at the first level of support Contribute to product management and new product introductions, identifying issues related to design, reliability, and maintenance, and collaborating with global engineering teams to improve product quality Provide advanced technical support to customers by leveraging a broad range of technical expertise, helping to build strong and trusted relationships Take the lead in issue resolution and preventive maintenance activities in clinical environments, contributing to improved healthcare outcomes Education & Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or above (including university, graduate school, junior college, or technical college) Required Valid driver’s license Experience in equipment maintenance Preferred Field Service Engineer experience in the medical device industry Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as PC and network fundamentals English proficiency sufficient to read technical manuals (TOEIC score: approx. 500 or higher preferred) ・一次対応で解決困難なオンサイト課題に対し、医療機器およびソフトウェアのトラブルシューティングと解決を主導・製品管理および新製品導入に関与し、設計・信頼性・保守課題の特定と開発元連携を通じて品質向上に貢献・高度な技術知識を活かし、顧客への技術支援を提供し信頼関係構築に寄与・臨床分野における障害対応および未然防止活動を主導し、医療現場への貢献を実現学歴および応募要件: 最終学歴大学院、大学、短期大学、高専各種学校、高等専門学校卒以上必須要件・普通自動車免許・機器メンテナンスのご経験をお持ちの方歓迎要件・医療機器業界でのフィールドサービスエンジニア経験・電気・機械の基本的な知識、PC・ネットワークの基本知識・英語スキル（マニュアル読解程度）Toeic500点以上を希望 Why Join Us?
