REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of experience providing technical support, ideally in tech-related environments
• Comfortable speaking and writing in both English and Chinese at a business level
• Familiarity with IT or semiconductor fields is a plus
• Willingness to learn and support internal teams with coordination, reports, and email follow-ups

• Collaborate in customer meetings and quality-focused activities
• Help identify quality concerns and assist in delivering practical solutions
• Assist with investigations into product issues and ensure they’re resolved
• Track product performance and offer suggestions for improvement
