Temporary to Permanent Role - Full Transparency this will start out as a temporary hire with the anticipation that it will be converted into a permanent hire.
Location: Onsite in Canonsburg PA
Pay range DOE : $24-$26 per hour to begin

We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Agent who is not only tech-savvy but also passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping our customers troubleshoot issues, navigate our technology, and keep their operations running smoothly. You’ll be the first line of contact—and the key to turning challenges into solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity

Diagnose technical problems and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve issues
*
Process service requests and customer orders efficiently and accurately
*
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between customers, technicians, sales reps, and support
*
Provide timely updates and follow-ups to customers throughout the resolution process
*
Suggest helpful product features, updates, or alternatives that best fit customer needs
*
Support return authorizations and track service progress
*
Help monitor cellular and network coverage to ensure uptime and performance
What You Bring
*
A high school diploma (post-secondary education is a plus!)
*
3+ years of customer service or technical support experience
*
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
*
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
*
Spanish language skills are a strong asset
*
A basic understanding of telemetry or interest in IoT/connected devices is a plus
*
Proven problem-solving ability with a resourceful and proactive mindset
*
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
*
Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and high attention to detail
*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving tech environment
