Role Summary Specializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems and solution Key Responsibilities Gathers customer requirements and plans the deployments of EPC solutions Provide Technical Product Support for Mavenir products and Systems Runs scripts, execute commands to deploy, test, troubleshoot virtualized PACO node functions Diagnosing and debugging the issues reported/raised by the customers Installation and deployments of Mavenir PACO solutions Track and solve the issues raised within the SLA's Requires close collaboration and communication with onshore & offshore colleagues and occasionally with client Job Requirements Expertise in Customer Support, Product support and Protocols of Packet Core components for 4G & 5G which should primarily include : - vEPC(vSAEGW , vMME ) - 5GC (AMF , UPF , SMF ,) - PCRF , DNS , CGNAT Must to have understanding of the Packet Core Solutions. Deep knowledge of 4G and overall understanding of technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi etc. Good knowledge of Mobility call flows including but not limited to GGSN, SGSN, MME, SGW, PGW and respective integration touchpoints within a network ecosystem. Good understanding of the 3GPP standards. Sound understanding/Expertise of onboarding, integration of the v-EPC on the Cloud environment. Should have understanding of the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud. Should have knowledge/Expertise/sound understanding of RHOSP/Docker/Containers /Kubernetes over Dell/HP. Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
