Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop the North Carolina-based Technical Support Specialist (TSS) team
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of TSS staff
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for instruments, reagents, and digital products
  • Collaborate with Sales for both pre-sale and post-sale technical engagement
  • Participate in product demonstrations, customer evaluations, and professional meetings
  • Deliver educational presentations and on-site support when needed
  • Ensure high standards of client service, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance
