Job Description Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT, and on-call 24/7 Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the City Office Technical Support team. In this role you will be responsible for the activities of nine technicians in eight offices across the United States. These technicians serve as the single point of contact for our end user base at each of these locations. While maintaining excellence in service delivery and customer relations, you will be integrating with a larger technical team in Kansas City to understand and deploy new technology and provide assistance with any associated projects. Strong writing and communication skills are a must, with a background in metric based auditing of services. This person must have a clear ability to facilitate strong relationships within the technical and end user community to include the seven Office Administrators located on-site at each of these locations. Technical savvy and demonstrated leadership are a must to be successful. This position is located in a Kansas City law firm and will need to provide timely, accurate, and professional service at all times. Qualifications 4 year Bachelors Degree preferred 4 Years of Management or relevant experience Required Five years of technical support Required Strong Team Management skills Exceptional Interpersonal Skills Ability to quickly make clear and concise decisions. Ability to lead a large decentralized team, ensuring accountability and timeliness of deliverables. Strong Project Management Skills Strong Time Management Skills Ability to travel 30% of the time. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of professionalism. Prior Law firm experience preferred Additional Information The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $85,000 - $136,000 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include [a sign-on bonus of $XXXX,] overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
