Responsibilities Analyze the equipment failures (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems). Perform systematic troubleshooting based on data analysis. Conduct condition inspections, both routine and incidental. Identify root causes (not just symptoms). Provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions. Review and update maintenance and troubleshooting SOPs. Standardize procedures for land equipment (reach stacker, RTG, forklift, terminal tractor). Standardize procedures for port equipment (STS crane, quay crane, gantry crane). Ensure all work complies with OEM standards and port regulations. Ensure compliance with: Safety regulations Load test requirements Inspection standards Support reliability improvement initiatives. Reduce downtime and improve equipment availability. Requirements Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role Willing to be placed at Head Office, Surabaya
