POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Systems & Network Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing networks, and ensuring seamless operation of IT systems for our clients. You’ll work with a variety of technologies including Ubiquiti networking equipment, Windows environments, Microsoft Office products, and cabling infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in IT support or network administration (managed services experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (desktop and server)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti networking equipment
  • Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices
  • Experience with cabling, terminations, and cable testing
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

    Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
  • Perform network administration, including configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and wireless systems (Ubiquiti)
  • Provide Windows desktop and server support
  • Support Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365 services
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot structured cabling systems
  • Perform system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to identify and solve technology issues
