KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER WILL INCLUDE:

• Proficient in Administration and IT Programme
• Assisting with project administration
• Data inputting, investigation and cleansing
• Excellent customer service skills - taking calls, logging information and ensuring team members follow up
• Knowledge of facilities management & construction would be advantageous
