About the role We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Officer to be part of our Strategy and Operations, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Technical Support Officer provides broad-ranging support to users, undertake hardware engineering and software configuration activities, troubleshoots and resolves issues across NSWPF ICT environment.
