  OVERVIEW   Complex: President Complex Department: Administrative Services Department Division/Section: Corporate Procurement Division Country: Saudi Arabia Location: Jeddah HQ Closing Date: 20-Jul-2026     KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES   Internal Responsibilities:• Maintain, update, and manage content on the CPD internal and external webpages, including solicitation templates, guidelines, and other procurement-related materials.• Support internal communication by preparing, reviewing, and disseminating updates to relevant departments (RDs, project teams, etc.) regarding procurement processes, tender announcements, and other updates.• Ensure timely uploading and proper formatting of procurement documents, templates, and guidelines on internal platforms.• Collaborate with CPD teams to provide technical support for internal systems related to procurement content management. External Responsibilities:• Manage supplier-facing communications, including uploading solicitations, announcements, and updates on the CPD webpage and other relevant platforms.• Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to suppliers, stakeholders, and external partners.• Assist in improving user experience for external stakeholders by ensuring information is current, structured, and accessible. Purchasing (Direct Shopping):• Facilitate the process of floating RFx’s as per the business need for best value of money.   Corporate Procurement Annual Plan:• Contribute to the CPAP activities by communicating/coordinating with departments and offering guidance on any missing requirement.• Close and opening of the Segmented Quarters of the CPAP. Supplier Lifecycle and performance:• Review and clear the supplier registration request in SAP Ariba.• Provide guidance and support to suppliers & internal stakeholders during the registration process.• Report and Coordinate with IMDT to resolve technical issues.• Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high performance. Address any quality or delivery issues promptly and professionally.     ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION   • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.• Certifications in web content management, digital communications, or design/presentation tools are a plus.• Languages: English: Mandatory     ABOUT APPLICATION PROCESS   If you meet the criteria and you are enthusiastic about the role, we would welcome your application.
