Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage and maintain AWS environments across Non-Prod, Cert, and Production regions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform health in QA and UAT environments using Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to support environment setup and deployments.
  • Implement and maintain environment monitoring, alerting, and reporting solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve environment-related incidents.
  • Document environment configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to support environment troubleshooting and incident response.
