Who we are looking for:
An enthusiast individual who is a multi-tasker with experience in IT for 3+ years. You need to fulfill the following requirements:
3+ year IT Support and customer service experience
Experienced with simple network administration and troubleshooting
Experienced with Windows 7/10 and MS Office
Experienced with Windows Server 8/12/16, Active directory, DHCP and DNS servers
Experienced with Cisco routers
Experienced with troubleshooting Printers and scanners
Experienced with troubleshooting emails (pop/imap/exchange)
Experience with Computer hardware, network cabling and termination

Your job will be:
To provide support to client over the phone/remote
To drive to site and provide tech services (your car and/or company’s car)
To check tickets, resolve and close them
To setup servers and workstations in HQ and on site
